Delete your account

1How to ask

• 1. Withdraw your money first Anything still in your balance is paid out before an account is closed, so withdraw it from your dashboard if you can.
• 2. Email us Send an email to support@getflickx.com from the email address of your account, with the subject "Delete my account" and your page name (@yourname).
• 3. We confirm We check that the request is really from you, then delete your account within 30 days and email you when it is done.

2What we delete

• Your account Your sign-in details, name and email address.
• Your public page Your page, photo, cover, bio, social links, goals and alert settings. Your link stops working.
• Messages Supporter messages shown on your page and on stream.
• On your phone Signing out of Creator X or uninstalling it removes what the app kept on the phone.

3What we keep

Records of payments and withdrawals (amounts, dates, transaction references and the payout account they went to) are financial records. We keep them, stored securely and not public, for as long as Bangladesh law and our payment partners require, then delete them.

4Delete only some data

You do not have to delete your account to remove things: you can change your page, hide any supporter message, and change your payout details from your dashboard. For anything else, email support@getflickx.com and tell us what to delete.
