This page explains how creators get their money out of Flick X Creator.
1Your balance
Every support that our payment gateway confirms is added to your balance in full. You can see each support, your balance and every withdrawal in your dashboard.
2Where you can withdraw
- bKash, Nagad or Rocket to a personal or agent number in your name.
- Bank transfer to a bank account in your name.
3Amounts and fee
- Smallest withdrawal ৳500 to bKash, Nagad or Rocket and ৳1,000 to a bank.
- Fee 4.5% of the amount you withdraw. You see the fee and exactly what you will receive before you confirm.
- Your details Payouts go only to the account details saved in your dashboard. Double check them, because money sent to a number you entered by mistake may not be recoverable.
4How long it takes
We review and send withdrawals as quickly as we can, usually within 1 to 3 business days. You get an email when your withdrawal is sent, or if anything is wrong. You can cancel a withdrawal while it is still pending, and the amount goes back to your balance.
5Checks and holds
To protect everyone, we may ask you to confirm your identity, or hold a withdrawal while we check payments that look unusual, for example many supports from the same person right before a withdrawal. If a withdrawal is rejected the full amount goes back to your balance and we tell you why.
