Privacy Policy

1What we collect

We only collect what we need to run the service:

• Account details Your name, email address and password (stored only as a secure hash) when you create a creator account. If you sign in with the same account you use in the Flick X desktop app, the same details are used.
• Your creator page Your page name, display name, photo, cover, bio, category, social links and goals. This is public, because it is your page.
• Support payments For each support: the amount, the name the supporter typed (or "Anonymous"), their optional message, the payment method and the transaction reference from our payment gateway. We never see or store full card numbers or mobile wallet PINs.
• Payout details The bKash, Nagad, Rocket or bank account number and account name you give us for withdrawals, and the history of your withdrawals.
• Technical data IP address, browser and device type, and basic logs, used for security, fraud checks and keeping the site running.

2How we use it

• Run your page Show your page, goals and top supporters, and play alerts in your stream overlay.
• Process payments Start each payment with our payment gateway and confirm that it went through before it counts.
• Pay you Send your withdrawals to the account you choose.
• Keep everyone safe Detect fraud, fake payments and abuse, and filter bad words out of messages.
• Talk to you Send emails you need, like a new support, a withdrawal update or a sign-in code. We do not send marketing emails without asking.

3What is public

Your creator page is public. When a supporter sends support, the name they typed, their message and the amount can appear on the creator's page and on stream. Supporters can choose "Support anonymously" to hide their name. Creators can hide any message from their page.

4Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We only share what is needed with:

• Our payment gateway (EPS) and the banks and mobile financial services behind it (such as bKash, Nagad, Rocket and card networks), to process payments and payouts.
• Email delivery a provider that sends our transactional emails.
• Optional creator features If a creator turns on voice alerts, the message text is sent to Google Cloud Text-to-Speech to create the audio. If a creator connects YouTube, we read their public channel statistics from the YouTube Data API.
• The law when Bangladesh law, a court or a regulator requires it, or to protect people from fraud or harm.

5Cookies and storage

We use a sign-in cookie to keep you logged in and your browser's storage to remember small choices, like the page language or a name you were claiming. We do not use advertising cookies.

6How long we keep it

We keep your account and page while your account is open. Payment and withdrawal records are kept for as long as the law and our payment partners require, even after an account is closed, because they are financial records.

7Your choices

• See and change You can update your page, payout details and settings from your dashboard at any time.
• Hide messages Creators can hide any supporter message from their page.
• Close your account Email us at support@getflickx.com and we will close your account and remove your public page. Financial records we must keep by law stay stored securely.

8Security

Passwords are hashed, every page is served over HTTPS, a payment only counts after the gateway confirms it, and access to payout details is limited to the people who process withdrawals. No system is perfect, so please use a strong password and keep it to yourself.

9Children

Creator accounts are for people aged 13 and over. If you are under 18, please use Flick X Creator with a parent or guardian's permission, and supporters under 18 should ask a parent or guardian before paying.

10Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top, and tell creators by email when the change is important.
