These terms are the agreement between you and Flick X when you use Flick X Creator, as a creator or as a supporter. By using the site you agree to them, so please read them.
1Who can use it
- Creators You need to be at least 13, give true details, and if you are under 18 have a parent or guardian's permission. One person, one creator account.
- Supporters Anyone can support a creator without an account. If you are under 18, ask a parent or guardian first.
2Your account
Keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account. Tell us at support@getflickx.com straight away if you think someone else got in.
3Supports are gifts
A support is a voluntary gift from a supporter to a creator. It does not buy a product, a service or any promise from the creator unless the creator clearly offers one. Supports count only after our payment gateway confirms them. The smallest support is ৳20, and a creator may set a higher minimum on their page.
4Your page and content
You own what you put on your page. You give us permission to show it on Flick X Creator and in your stream overlay so the service works. You promise that you have the right to use it, and that it is not:
- Illegal or encouraging anything illegal in Bangladesh.
- Harmful hateful, harassing, sexual content involving minors, or threats.
- Misleading pretending to be someone else, or asking for money with false promises.
5Fees
Creating a page is free and supporters pay exactly the amount they pick. Flick X takes 4.5% when you withdraw, and the fee and the amount you receive are always shown before you confirm. We may change fees in the future, but we will tell creators first and never apply a new fee to a withdrawal already requested.
6Withdrawals
You can withdraw your available balance to bKash, Nagad, Rocket or a bank account. The rules are in our Withdrawal Policy, which is part of these terms.
7Not allowed
- Fraud Fake, stolen or reversed payments, supporting yourself to move money, or anything that looks like money laundering.
- Abuse Spam, hacking, scraping, or trying to break or overload the service.
- Breaking the law Any use that breaks Bangladesh law or the rules of our payment partners.
8When we can act
To protect supporters, creators and our payment partners, we may hold a balance, pause withdrawals, hide content, or suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or looks fraudulent. Where we can, we will tell you why and give you a chance to explain. Money from fraudulent payments may be returned to the payer or held as the law requires.
9Stream overlays
Your overlay links are private. Anyone with them can show your alerts, so do not share them. You can make new links from your dashboard at any time.
10Liability
We work hard to keep Flick X Creator running, but it is provided as it is. We are not responsible for what creators say or promise, or for delays caused by banks, mobile financial services or the payment gateway. As far as the law allows, our total responsibility to you is limited to the fees we earned from your account in the last six months.
11Changes and law
We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
